And yes, one of the recent drivers of PBSA Accreditation has been clients rather than prospects. Employers are growing increasingly sensitive to data security and general compliance. Accredited CRAs (there are about 140 of them) are soliciting your clients and causing them to wonder if their CRA is up to speed. So, aside from the RFP and initial inquiry knockout question of “Are you PBSA Accredited?”, your current clients may be on the road to demanding accreditation.
