Thirty-seven percent – or more than a third – of employees in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia have plans to leave their jobs in the next six months, according to the 2017 Randstad Employer Brand Research report. Male employees aged 25-44 are most likely to leave their jobs. Primary factors include poor salary and benefits, as well as lack of career progression.
