With employees spiking, substituting or diluting urine in an attempt to beat drug testing in the workplace, the Huffington Post recently reported that an estimated $600 million industry has been developed to help users hide their drug habits. But the owner of a Houston mobile drug testing company has shared some of the ways employers can defeat these tactics and it lies in awareness. One popular and traditional method involves hiding a clean sample, which would be provided during the testing. For those under direct observation, The Whizzinator Touch was created, as well as The Whizz Kit, a unisex refillable belt. Butthe company, which specializes in Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, says that synthetic urine may make it through some pre-employment tests, but not those that follow strict protocols.
