Media outlets have recently reported that tests are being designed to show if a person used marijuana within the two to three hours before a newly developed breathalyzer test. Although it is unclear if and when the devices will be available for employment-related testing, they are validated as a reasonable means by which to determine impairment or recent marijuana use.
