Don’t Fake It to Make It!

A recently released “Background Screening Index” (BSI) has answered some critical topics that candidates should consider when making their way through the application process. Background screening takes place in an effort to ensure the right person is being hired. This protects the company’s reputation and allows employers to make informed decisions. Candidates can expect screening of their criminal backgrounds, qualifications and credit, and run the risk of being caught if not completely honest about sensitive information such as criminal record or the lack of certification.
