Bill Suppressing Eviction Records Clears Colorado House

A bill that would suppress eviction records and make it easier for tenants to find apartments is moving closer to becoming law in Colorado, but it is met with mixed reviews from landlords. William Bronchick, president of the Colorado Landlord’s Association, said his only concern is that landlords would no longer see the paper trail of prospective tenants who have a history of nonpayment.
