Reducing time to hire is the top screening concern of 2017, according to the 2017 EMEA Employment Screening Benchmark Report. Ensuring a positive candidate experience, improving overall efficiency of screening, verifying information and getting quality information round out the top five concerns in the HR industry. According to the report, some HR professionals surveyed indicated that they already have measures in place to improve the candidate experience, with 62% currently sending follow up communication to all candidates, and 66% producing candidate friendly emails. The report also revealed that 30% of those surveyed are introducing mobile-friendly applications in the recruitment process.
