Some other factors for those who may be considering ATS for their business include offering a mobile-optimized career site and application process; an ATS that uses some measure of quality control; one that offers direct communication with applicants; what sort of tech support is available; how that software integrates with other hiring services; and a built-in referral portal and tracking system.
