There’s A New FCRA Form in Town

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) changed the Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Report Act, a new form that should be used nationwide by consumer protection agencies. Furthermore, if someone gets either the Summary of Your Rights under FCRA or the Summary of Consumer Identity Theft Rights, the consumer also would receive a notice about free “national security freezes.”
