Triton Canada now is offering online RCMP record checks in a fraction of the time through an agreement with the RCMP and local police forces across the country. Databases include the RCMP’s Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) system and the National Repository of Criminal Records, as well as others. This development aims to cut the time it takes to get an RCMP or police record check on a person, which has been known to take up to six weeks, to just 15 minutes.
