Nanny Service Care.Com Sued Over Infant’s Death

Nanny Service Care.Com Sued Over Infant’s Death, a nanny referral service, has been sued by parents of baby who died under the supervision of one of its sitters. Nathan and Reggan Koopmeiners, of Kenosha, Wisconsin allege that failed to perform an adequate background check which they claim would have revealed that Gumm had a criminal record, according to the civil lawsuit.
