The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MSA) has released draft emergency regulations for the state’s adult-use marijuana market. The regulations will not go into effect until approved by the Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review (AELR)). The 41-page draft regulations, which set definitions, codifies personal possession limits, and lays out responsibilities for regulators, would then remain in effect for up to 180 days.
