According to a recent report from Quest Diagnostics, Oregon is the state with the most positive workplace-related marijuana tests. Data was collected from more than 10 million drug tests, revealing that 4.64 percent of Oregons workplace drug tests last year were positive for marijuana. In July 2015, Oregon voters approved the legal personal use of marijuana for anyone older than 21. Of the other states that legalized recreational use, Massachusetts came in third with 3.56% of tests coming back as positive, while Washington revealed 3.18% positive rates. Prescription opiate positive rates have dropped by the double digits, confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), while cocaine rates have doubled.
