Recreational marijuana is legal in Nevada, but a Nevada Supreme Court recently analyzed whether an employer could discharge an employee for recreational marijuana use. In Ceballos v. NP Palace, LLC, an employee tripped and fell in the employee breakroom and submitted to a drug test, which showed positive results for marijuana.
