Colorado has become the second state to legalize therapeutic psychedelics for adults. The Natural Medicine Health Act of 2022 (NMHA) legalizes supervised or facilitated therapeutic sessions for adults 21 years and older using certain psychedelic plants and fungi. Rules and guidelines are expected to be established in the coming year.
