Although the use of recreational marijuana is now legal in Maryland, the law does not contain any workplace provisions, leaving employers to wonder what their rights are when it comes to testing and disciplining for marijuana use. The Cannabis Reform Act, however, says that employers have retained the right to screen and appropriately discipline.
