The State of Nebraska became the 11th state in the country last week to remove questions about an applicant’s criminal record from employment applications; a big victory for previously incarcerated persons seeking a second. Now that the law known as Ban The Box is going into effect in July, Riley is hopeful it will make a difference in the lives of others.
