Red Flags in Social Media Posts That Could Mean Employee Termination

Companies should pay attention to the social media posts of their employees. Some could even be cause for termination. Employers should enforce clear policies regarding social media conduct and work toward maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful work environment.  A few red flags include illegal behaviors, promoting acts of violence, discriminatory language, manifestos, and harassment/bullying.
