This year’s report focuses on three key areas—background screening, talent acquisition, and workforce management—comparing the findings of our survey respondents from North America (the U.S. and Canada), Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) with each other, as well as against our previous years’ survey data to see if and how things are shifting in these areas. Following a summary of our key global takeaways, the report begins by exploring background screening programs; from the key risks that employers need to mitigate to how screening programs are managed, and the checks most widely used in each region.
