Glider AI has launched ID Verify, a biometric-powered identity verification solution designed to combat sophisticated hiring fraud, including deepfakes, synthetic identities, and impersonators. According to Glider AI, candidate fraud has surged by 92 percent since before the pandemic. ID Verify performs document authentication, live selfie matching with liveness detection, duplicate applicant detection, and continuity checks throughout the hiring process. Used alongside AI proctoring, it helps enterprises validate that candidates are genuine before interviews or onboarding proceed.
