Adults 21 and older in the Czech Republic may now legally grow up to three cannabis plants and possess up to 100 grams at home, with a 25‑gram limit in public. The reform aims to reduce legal uncertainty, ease pressure on courts and police, and modernize the justice system. While personal use and cultivation are permitted, retail sales remain prohibited, placing the country alongside Malta, Luxembourg, and Germany in allowing limited recreational possession.
