A 60-year-old man, Ramond Davis Jr., was arrested for allegedly posing as a lawyer and scamming inmates and their families in Tarrant County. Authorities say he contacted individuals connected to the jail, promised legal help, collected fees totaling at least $3,000, and then failed to provide any services. Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are continuing the case.
