Republican Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy’s family is alarmed after their former bodyguard, Justin Salsburey, was arrested on federal drug-trafficking charges, accused of using the U.S. mail to distribute large quantities of narcotics. Salsburey and his wife were charged with conspiracy and intent to distribute drugs, including fentanyl and methamphetamine. The private security firm immediately removed him from the family’s detail, and he had previously passed multiple background checks and drug tests.
