The Modern Workplace Report from Care.com and Mother Honestly has shown that 76 percent of employees say having the ability to work remotely improves their overall quality of life and 77 percent of their managers agree. Remote options have led to better work-life balance, increased sharing of household duties, leveling of the playing field, and increased productivity. Specifically, 88 percent of employees save more than 30 minutes per day and 67 percent save an hour or more per day.
