The parents of two young boys have accused a Spearfish Holiday Inn employee of sexually assaulting their sons while they used the bathroom. The children have been traumatized by the incident, claiming in the lawsuit to have trouble sleeping, suffering from anxiety and refusing to use public restrooms. The employee has pleaded guilty to sexual contact with a minor and kidnapping in Lawrence County and was sentenced to 22 years in prison.
