The Case for Rescreening

Periodically rescreening employees in either a time-based, event-based, or contractual way could help mitigate risk. Doing so can demonstrate a concern for the safety of customers and employees, protect brand reputation, maintain customer loyalty and trust, and mitigate the risk of financial loss. There are several services that should be included such as the criminal and sex offender registry, motor vehicle records (MVR), drug screening, and FMCSA.
