The project aims to establish controls, procedures, and requirements for engaging in any activity related to personal data protection, including commercial, professional, and non-profit activities, in a way that supports the growth of such activities and encourages entities and individuals to participate, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations. Additionally, it aims to enhance the contribution of these activities in supporting entities and individuals subject to the Law in achieving compliance, promoting best practices in personal data protection, and empowering the data sector in the Kingdom.
