After years as an intrapreneur for Fortune 500’s, Bruce had extensive success while earning industry-wide respect in building CIC (now First Advantage) from $190K in sales to become THE industry leader with sales over $13M. After selling CIC in 1998, Bruce stayed as president until 2000.
At the request of several industry business owners, he launched Berg Consulting Group providing services only to the Screening Industry, including M&A, Consulting, a Better Vendor Program, and a Job Board for the industry.
