A new landlord-tenant screening service is launching in South Korea to help both parties assess risks before signing lease agreements. The tool, developed by a Korea housing group with proptech partners, will provide risk profiles such as rental payment history and other relevant data to reduce disputes and improve lease safety. It aims to enhance transparency in the rental market by giving landlords and tenants clearer insights into each other’s backgrounds.
