He later served as Sterling’s SVP of Client Success. Jason has advised hundreds of employers and CRAs on screening policies, compliance programs, and industry best practices. A founding member and past CO-Chair of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), he has authored numerous publications and served as an expert witness in over 60 legal matters involving negligent hiring and background check procedures.
