The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has launched a voluntary I-9 verification process called “E-Verify+.” The update aims to streamline employer workflows by allowing employees to complete their I-9 information electronically and automatically enter their information into the E-Verify system. E-Verify+ promises to reduce the HR workload on the employer side while simplifying the process of uploading documentation and sending notices.
