PreemploymentDirectory.com Listing Agreement

All listings posted to PreemploymentDirectory.com, hence forth referred to as the Site, all paid listings are for a twelve month period running from the month in which the posting is actually posted to the directory. This is a one year annual agreement. All information posted from clients will posted directly from the information the client submits and approves.

Incorrect Information Posted

In the event that incorrect information is posted as a result of the Site providers the information will be corrected as soon as possible and re-posted at no additional charge.

Revision to Approved and Posted Information

In the event that the client wishes to revise information that has been previously submitted, approved and posted this information will be revised and posted as soon as possible. For this service there will a charge of $25.00 for each change. A change is defined as an overall request for a revision to items contained in information submitted, not to individual items with the request. Thus, you will be charged $25.00 for the overall request.

All request for revisions must be in writing and signed by an authorized person.

This section does not apply to clients who have a Platinum listing since their package includes unlimited changes to their listing. Service Providers are responsible for providing us information to be updated.

Refund of Funds Paid

Once approved information has been posted to the directory there will be no refund of funds paid. If the clients information has been removed at their request or because of non-compliance with our policies their will be no refund of funds paid.

Hold Harmless

By providing it’s company’s information to be posted to PreemploymentDirectory.com the Service Provider is explicitly agreeing to this contractual agreement to hold PreemploymentDirectory.com, the National Institute for the Prevention of Workplace Violence, Inc. and it’s owners and investors completely harmless for any and all matters that arise with the Service Provider. The Service Provider agrees that neither the Site or it owners have any material interest or involvement in the clients business or services. Each Service Providers is a distinct and separate business entity and The Site and owners are not responsible or liable for any errors or issues that are caused by or incurred by the Service Provider. There are no exceptions to this ‘hold harmless provision’ except those provided by law.
