This is a value added service for our Platinum Members and there is no additional charge for placement of your listing in the Guide. We have enclosed a link to the Reservation Form for the Company Profile so you can reserve your space today. Please note that it is important that you submit the completed Reservation Form for us to properly plan and allocate space in the Guide.
In addition, we want to invite you to take advantage of a special opportunity to advertise in the 2015-16 edition with a Premium ad. We offer a limited number of Premium advertisement placements to our Platinum Members that want to maximize their visibility and enhance their marketing exposure. We offer you the opportunity to advertise in a few select key places such as on the inside of the front cover, the first page, back cover and on Section Dividers. This invitation is the beginning of our early bird pre-registration period for the Premium Advertisers who advertised in the 2014 Suppliers Guide. These advertisers have the 'first right of refusal' to claim the same advertising space for the upcoming year. The pre-registration process will end on October 31, 2014 and at that time we will open all non-reserved advertising spaces to all Platinum Members.
While we are still in the pre-registration phase we encourage you to identify your desired Premium advertising space now and submit your Reservation Form (see attachments) since the selection process will be based on a 'first come, first serve' basis. We will reserve spaces based on the date of receipt of the request. To ensure you get the best possible placement in the upcoming edition send your registration in as soon as possible
We will launch the Suppliers Guide in April 2015 and will distribute copies at the NAPBS Mid-Year Conference. In addition, we will distribute copies throughout the year at relevant tradeshows, presentations and meetings as well as via download on our very popular web site www.PreemploymentDirectory.com.
