A sample of 3,310 recruiters from across India took part in the Naukri Hiring Outlook survey, which revealed a positive hiring outlook for the coming six months. The study demonstrated that 84 percent of respondents are expecting an increase in hiring activity, a 20 percent increase in comparison to the outlook from July through December. The industries expecting to experience this surge are IT, BFSI and BPO. There is, however, anxiety surrounding the availability of the right talent, with 42 percent of recruiters predicting that the talent crisis will continue into the next six months.
